ROOM DETAILS AND DESCRIPTIONS
All guest rooms and suites include either balconies or a landscaped terrace. Panoramic rooms offer beautiful Golf Course, Lagoon and distant Ocean views. All suites are built with solid doors that separate the bedroom and living room. Connecting rooms are available with a minimum of 2 guests per room.

Double Bedded Room Contains either 2 double beds or a king and a double bed
King Bedded Room Includes a King Bed and a sleeper sofa
Park Premium Suite Offers either a premium view or an extra powder room off the living room
Park Deluxe Suite Includes a larger living room and an extra bathroom & shower off the living room
Park Premium Deluxe Suite Includes all of the above and includes either panoramic views or is guaranteed to be over 1100 sq. ft.
Rates
All Room rates are per person based on double occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Please add 25% for taxes and service charges. A flat fee of $8.85 per night per room, or $79 per room (total), will cover your bellman/maid

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
A deposit of $2000 per person and $600 for any additional person staying in the same room will secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due February 20th, 2014.
CANCELLATION POLICY
60 days or more prior to arrival - Full refund, less deposit 59-45 days prior to arrival - 50% refund 44-30 days prior to arrival - 25% refund 29-0 days prior to arrival - No refund
Cancellations will be effective the day you’re written or e-mail notice is received.
Please note that even if you do not attend, rooms are reserved for your use. Even if you do not attend, refunds will not be granted within 29 days of the event under any circumstances.
RESPONSIBILITY
KMR and/or their agents, act only as agents for the Resort. Airlines, bus companies, owners, contractors or any other suppliers providing accommodations, transportation, sightseeing arrangements or any other services, and all confirmations, tickets, vouchers, discounted transfers or coupons issued KMR, are made under the express condition that KMR shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, irregularity, inconvenience or damage to you or those traveling with you or from any cause beyond KMR’s control, including but not limited to, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules, etc. Any and all disputes shall be decided in a court of law in the local area of KMR.
KMR may use your photograph(s) or video image(s) for promotional purposes without limitation. You explicitly release KMR from any loss, liability, and claims or expense arising from the broadcast, distribution, sale or use of your voice, picture or likeness.
