Rabbi Sholem Fishbane, Kashrus Supervisor

Pesach 2014 at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort will be joined by the distinguished Rabbi Sholem Fishbane, a leading authority in the field of kosher supervision and certification.  Rabbi Fishbane is a former Rabbinic Field Coordinator for the Orthodox Union, and previous spiritual leader of the Saranac Synagogue in Buffalo, New York.   Rabbi Fishbane is currently the Executive Director of the Association of Kashrus Organizations (AKO).
