Let award-winning pastry chef Udi Ezra prove that kosher-for-Passover pastries can be fabulously tasty.  Chef Udi will be with KMR through Pesach, working with the Park Hyatt Aviara’s pastry team and its own executive chef to bake up non-leaven that still tastes like heaven.
