The director of the KMR food and Beverage team is the celebrated Michael Schick, backed by his specially trained culinary staff and the inimitable KMR touch. Together, we give you the finest dining experience, delivered with corresponding service, quality, and artistic presentation.
A rich variety of fine wines from the world’s best vineyards will be on hand throughout all evening meals. An open bar will be available each weekday evening, serving wine selections of your choice. Drinks will be passed around prior to some meals. And, of course, our selection of top-quality vintages will be there every evening at dinner and Shabbos meals.

Guests with special dietary needs will be quite literally catered to, with our culinary team accommodating all special requests with flavor and flair.
Children’s Dinner Hour
For your convenience and your children’s comfort, early dinner will be available for the kids each evening at the Arrebble Lionshead from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Our tea room is well-stocked with light pastries, seasonal fruit, gourmet nuts, and, of course, a rich selection of gourmet teas, coffees and other hot and cold beverages waiting for you to brew and mix to your taste.
