Childrens Programs


While you’re napping or enjoying the refreshing Nevada climate, your children will be pleasantly occupied and well-supervised at one of our many carefully designed youth programs—each with captivating, age-appropriate, fun and meaningful activities, including activities on Yom Tov.


A masterpiece of KMR programming, delivered by our team of experienced camp directors, division heads, implemented by our handpicked, dedicated counselors -- KMR Youth Division recreates the excitement and camaraderie of the best camping programs with exciting trips, meaningful learning, and hands-on activities of all kinds. It is truly a program within a program.


Our professional day camp program, provides a full day of stimulating games and activities, including exhilarating Chol HaMoed trips, and followed by nighttime entertainment specifically designed for kids.


Going well beyond simple fun, we infuse our program with meaning, too, investing significant effort into curricula of stimulating Torah learning led by professional Rebbes who are vastly experienced in igniting young minds using stories and educational games.



Play Group


Attention, parents!  Kids ages 15 months to three are invited to attend our Ktonton playgroup each day for stimulating, supervised sessions of play, snacks, Circle Time and stories, all geared to putting a smile on your little one’s face!  Held every day  9:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by lunch.



Torah Tots


Boys and girls ages 3-4 are welcome to enjoy structured playtime with their peers.  Held every day from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Lunch break included.



Matzah Mavens


Boys and girls ages 5-6 will have great fun with Matzah Maven’s variety of exciting activities.  Davening, Pesach-themed games and Yom Tov songs will give children a true sense of the spirit of Pesach.  Held every day from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Lunch break included.



Boys Division


Whether sports and leagues, gymnastics or self-defense, dance or art, KMR knows how to  make each child feel special. Naturally, a major emphasis on midos tovos and sportsmanship is always a part of the daily experience.  Your kids won’t want to miss the KMR day camp!


Day camp for boys ages 6-12, divided by grade level, is held daily, and features exciting Yom Tov games, prizes, Chol HaMoed sports, and special activities.


Held every day from 10:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Lunch break included.



Girls Division


The Girls Division of the KMR Day Camp is geared from the ground up for girls ages 6-12 and divided by grade level.  Our talented and energetic staff of attentive counselors prides itself in the personalized attention given to each precious girl as they lead, guide and inspire them through exciting Yom Tov games, prizes, Chol HaMoed arts and crafts, and special activities.  This day camp program will be the highlight of your daughter’s day.


Held every day in the from 10:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Lunch break included.



KMR Teen Boys


Rabbi Aryeh Young Director


Rabbi Aryeh Young, KMR’s outstanding Teen Boys Program Director, is a former Rebbe and the Director of Student Life at the RASG Hebrew Academy of Miami Beach, and currently the Teen Director at Young Israel of West Hempstead.  Under Rabbi Young’s dynamic and inspiring leadership, our unparalleled boys teen program features inspirational shiurim and onegs, competitive sports tournaments and exciting night activities for boys ages 13 through 17.



KMR Teen Girls


Mrs. Kayli Young, Director



Mrs. Kayli Young works alongside her husband throughout the year at Young Israel of West Hempstead, inspiring the young women of tomorrow to spiritually grow and be the best they can be today.  Mrs. Young is also the former Girls Youth Director at Beth Israel Congregation in Miami Beach.  Teen girls ages 12 through 17 will enjoy fun-filled events throughout Yom Tov and Chol HaMoed, with Mrs. Young leading your teenage daughter(s) through custom-made programming, workshops, and onegs that are are sure to make this a most memorable Pesach program.



Boys Bais Medrash Program


Director: Rabbi Mendel Polter


At KMR, we understand that fun doesn’t ultimately satisfy our children as does spiritual growth—and that it is that spiritual growth that makes Pesach into an unforgettable experience for your son.


Noted chinuch expert Rabbi Mendel Polter and his exemplary staff of talented Rebbeim will be offering Shiurim immediately after the lunch Seuda on Yom tov and Shabbos, and following Shacharis on Chol Hamoed.  Under Rabbi Polter’s direction, KMR offers a one-of-a-kind learning experience for boys ages 8-13 in a genuine Bais Medrash environment—enabling our boys to taste some of that spiritual growth themselves.



Chinuch Minyan


Our carefully-tailored davening program for children ages 8-11 is held along with each Yom Tov and Shabbos-morning davening.  With a focus on the ikkar of tefillah, complemented by an exciting prize-incentive program, youthful participants will undoubtedly enjoy this unique spiritual experience.  Breakfast follows davening, just before the start of day camp.
