Babysitting
Babysitting service is available. The caregivers can look after the children in the room or take them to different hotel activities
Bell Staff
Bellmen are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Concierge
The Concierge Desk is located on the Mezzanine level across from the main elevators. They will assist you with dinner and activity reservations, transportation and directions to major attractions.
Gift Shops
Fifteen exciting shops await you at The Fairmont Banff Springs. Please refer to the Shopping section of this website, under Explore Area, for detailed information on each of these exciting new shops.

Housekeeping
The Housekeeping staff will provide extra amenities such as cribs and cots at no extra cost.
Laundry Services
Dry-cleaning and laundry services are available to our guests. For same-day service, please inform Royal Service and have your dry-cleaning or laundry ready for pick up by 8:30 a.m. Delivery will be done at 6:00 p.m. the same day. If laundry is picked up after 8:30 a.m., delivery will be done the following morning.
Parking
The hotel's parking is located beside the Convention Center. It is a three-level roofed parkade with 415 parking spaces:
Self-parking: A reduced rate is available for all KMR guest at $12 CAD/night, with unlimited access
Valet service is also available: $26 CAD/night, with unlimited access
Free parking is available near the hotel as well
Wheelchair Accessibility
The hotel has a total of 10 wheelchair accessible rooms. The rooms have large door frames and their bathroom has grab bars in the bathtub and by the toilet.

The Relizon Business Center at The Fairmont Banff Springs offers a wide range of business services including high-speed internet access, FedEx courier service, faxing, printing, laminating and cutting.
If you are planning a conference at The Fairmont Banff Springs don't worry about shipping your documents here, we can take care of all of your printing needs on site before you arrive. Avoid the headaches of customs, the expense of shipping and the risks of damage by sending us your digital files to print.
